Jef Graham, Chairman & CEO, RGB Networks
Jef Graham brings over 20 years global experience in the computer and networking hardware, software, and service industries to his role as CEO of RGB Networks. Graham has previously held positions as CEO, senior vice president and general manager in Fortune 500 companies and private start-ups. Graham has a proven track record of driving successful global product development, marketing, sales and channel management efforts. Prior to RGB, Graham was executive vice president of the Application Products Group (APG) at Juniper Networks, a division created through the acquisition of Redline Networks and Peribit Networks. As chairman and CEO of Peribit, Graham successfully guided the company through a $337 million acquisition by Juniper in 2005. Before joining Peribit, Graham held senior management positions at 3COM, Trident Systems, and Hewlett-Packard. Graham currently serves on the board of directors for NETGEAR and holds a B.A. with honors in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.


Jim Dolce, Chief Executive Officer, Verivue
Jim Dolce is CEO of Verivue, an early-stage, venture-backed company developing advanced networking solutions for the distribution of digital media services. Before Verivue, he was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for Juniper Networks, where he led the company's global sales, marketing, customer service and partner management. He joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where as President and CEO he guided the growth and eventual sale of the company. Before Unisphere, he served as founder and President of Redstone Communications, which he sold to Siemens in 1999. Before Redstone he was Vice President and General Manager of the remote access business unit of Cascade Communications, now Lucent. He joined Cascade in 1996 through the acquisition of Arris Networks, another Massachusetts-based company he founded in 1995. He also founded Promptus Communications in 1989, a manufacturer of digital network access products.


William R. Hearst III, Partner, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers
William R. Hearst III joined KPCB in January 1995, and currently serves on the boards of Akimbo, Applied Minds, Juniper Networks, Oblix, and OnFiber, as well as RGB Networks. In addition to his portfolio company boards, he is also a director of the Hearst Corporation and Hearst-Argyle Television. Hearst is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and a trustee of: The Hearst Foundation, Carnegie Institution of Washington, Mathematical Sciences Research Institute, California Academy of Sciences, and Grace Cathedral in San Francisco. Hearst was Editor and Publisher of the San Francisco Examiner from 1984 until 1995. He is a 1972 graduate of Harvard University, holding an A.B. degree in Mathematics.


Gordon L. Stitt, Chairman, Extreme Networks
One of the co-founders of Extreme Networks, Stitt has served as president and CEO since the company's inception in 1996. Under Stitt's leadership, Extreme Networks has ascended as a leader in best-of-breed broadband networking solutions executing on Stitt's vision of simplified and powerful Ethernet networks. Stitt lead Extreme Networks' successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in April 1999. Prior to Extreme Networks, Stitt co-founded Network Peripherals and served as vice president of marketing and vice president and general manager of the OEM Business Unit. He also held executive positions in corporate marketing at Sun Microsystems and was director of marketing and sales at Ven-Tel. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and a BSEE/CS from Santa Clara University. Stitt was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year for 2001 for Technology and Communication, Northern California.


Jim Swartz, Partner, Accel Partners
Jim Swartz has been active in venture capital since the early 1970's. Experienced in the operating needs of young companies, he particularly enjoys working with start-up teams that are defining new industries. He has served as a Director for over forty successful companies and has been closely involved as lead investor with the emergence of numerous industry pioneering firms including Avici Systems, BroadBand Technologies, FastForward/Inktomi, FVC.com, Illustra/Informix, Medical Care America, Netopia, PictureTel, Polycom, Remedy Corporation and Ungermann-Bass. Other current private company directorships include Gen3 Partners, InGenuity Systems, Leapstone, MetraTech, Riverbed Technology, and Transera Communications. In addition, Jim is working closely with the Accel Europe team as a founder/mentor of Accel's European business. Before founding Accel Partners, Jim was founding General Partner of Adler & Company, which he started with Fred Adler in 1978 after his tenure as a Vice President of Citicorp Venture Capital. He is a graduate of Harvard University with a concentration in Engineering Sciences and Applied Physics and holds an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.


Adam S. Tom, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President, RGB Networks
Utilizing his 18 plus years experience in digital video compression and transport technology, Tom led RGB as CEO through its successful initial product development and delivery phases. He is now responsible for expanding RGB’s reach into new markets. Prior to RGB, Tom co-founded Imedia Corp., where, as vice president of sales and marketing, he developed the product and business strategy for the company’s revolutionary statistical re-multiplexing technology — now standard equipment for digital video distribution for cable and satellite. In 1999, Imedia was acquired by Terayon Communications Systems, where Tom developed the company’s broadband product and market strategy while serving as vice president of marketing for Digital Video Systems. Tom holds a B.S. degree with Highest Honors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. degree and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Tom holds 12 patents in digital video delivery and compression.


Louis A. Toth, Managing Director, Comcast Interactive Capital
Louis oversees the investing activities at CIC and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence efforts and assisting in the negotiation and structuring of financial terms for new portfolio investments. In addition, Louis works with the management of CIC portfolio companies on strategic, business development and operations issues. Previously, Louis worked in investment banking and at a venture capital firm focused on technology and communications services. Louis graduated with honors and holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. He also graduated from the Management & Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from the School of Engineering & Applied Science. Louis is also involved as a Director, Board Observer or adviser for Cedar Point Communications, Jingle Networks, Ortiva Wireless, StrataLight Communications and ViTrue.


Carl Vogel, Vice Chairman, Echostar Communications
As Vice Chairman, Carl Vogel focuses on EchoStar Communication Corporation's financial and strategic initiatives. Prior to serving as Vice Chairman at Echostar, Mr. Vogel served four years as the president and chief executive officer of Charter Communications Inc., a Fortune 500 company providing cable television and broadband services to approximately six million customers. Between 1997 and 2001, Mr. Vogel held various senior executive positions in companies affiliated with Liberty Media Corporation. He was also chairman and chief executive officer of Primestar and chief executive officer of Star Choice. Before his appointment as Vice Chairman in 2005, Mr. Vogel was an executive officer for EchoStar from 1994 to 1997 and president of DISH Network. He was a key member of the executive team that created and launched DISH Network in 1996. Vogel received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, with an emphasis in finance and accounting.
