RGB NETWORKS EXPANDS SALES AND MARKETING EFFORTS WITH NEW ADDITIONS TO MANAGEMENT TEAM
Seasoned Broadband Executives Matthew Gregory and Catlin Walker to Help Support Company Growth
SAN MATEO, CA February 08, 2005 RGB Networks, the leader in network video processing, today announced the addition of two new members to its management team. Matthew Gregory, an 11-year veteran of the telecommunications, networking, server, storage, and broadband communications industries, joins RGB as director of sales, and recognized industry marketing specialist, Catlin Walker brings more than 15 years of cable TV and high-tech experience to her new position as marketing communications manager.

Gregory joins RGB from Terayon Communications, where, as director of sales, he established and grew the company's digital video presence at major North American cable, satellite and telco operators, broadcasters and programmers with SD and HD deployments and expansions, the launch of digital ad insertion, and the deployment of all-digital simulcast systems. Gregory also served as director of marketing at Terayon, where he led the digital video product team responsible for product development and managed the overall product line strategy for long-term business planning and product positioning. Prior to Terayon, Gregory held senior product marketing, channel sales and marketing programs management positions at Sun Microsystems and Tandem Computers.
Walker is an experienced marketing communications professional who has spent 15 years in high-tech, 11 of those in the cable television industry. Prior to joining RGB, Walker operated her own consulting business, where she developed and implemented communications programs for many start-up clients, including, ICTV, Aurora Networks, Novera Optics and SunUp Digital Systems. Earlier, Walker served as marketing communications manager at Harmonic Inc., where she established and grew a highly effective marcom department during critical market entry and growth periods.
