RGB NETWORKS RECRUITS BILL JAMACA TO LEAD
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPANSION

New VP of Customer Services to Establish Global Support Structure
for Increasing Product Offerings and Growing Customer Base

SAN MATEO, CA - March 26, 2007 - RGB Networks, the leader in network video processing, today announced that they have appointed Bill Jamaca to the newly created position of Vice President of Customer Services.  This move is in support of the company’s recent expansion into the Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions, as well as the addition of new products to RGB’s line of advanced video processing products.  Jamaca’s exceptional people management skills and successful track record of developing solid business practices will ensure RGB’s customers enjoy a focused and efficient experience throughout the provisioning, installation and maintenance cycles.

As an expert in building and growing customer support and service organizations for both start-up and established organizations, Jamaca brings over 25 years of senior level experience in the networking, hardware, software, support and services sectors.  Jamaca comes to RGB Networks from Xsigo Systems, where, as vice president of support and services, he was responsible for global customer support for Fortune 500 customers.  Prior to Xsigo, Jamaca was senior director of global technical support operations for Extreme Networks, where he managed global customer support and successfully implemented an initial response center in India.

“Bill’s remarkable background in global customer support, paired with his experience and dedication to customers, business process, infrastructure and metrics, will play a critical role in continuing to exceed customer expectations and helping advance RGB’s growth,” says Jef Graham, CEO of RGB Networks.  “His unique ideas on global service and support quickly gained traction with RGB’s management and board, assuring us Bill was the right man for the job.”

Jamaca’s arrival comes at a critical juncture for RGB Networks.  Over the last six months, RGB has added two new products, the Universal Scalable Modulator (USM) and Modular Media Converter (MMC), to their Video Intelligence Architecture™ (VIA) suite of video processing solutions, while the continued success of their Simulcast Edge Processor (SEP) and Broadcast Network Processor (BNP) products in North and South America has prompted RGB to expand sales efforts into the European and Asia Pacific markets.  With an aggressive global sales strategy in place and impending push into the telco marketplace, RGB is taking the necessary steps to ensure their customer-focused market approach remains priority number one.

“In talking with RGB, I saw an exciting company and recognized a great opportunity to implement a centralized support system that bolsters the company’s already established North American service initiatives while facilitating their expansion into the Asia and EMEA regions,” says Jamaca.  “RGB has a very impressive list of leading MSO customers who have come to expect the top-notch service that can be delivered by a nimble company like RGB. As RGB grows, my team and I will ensure that our customers around the globe continue to experience the best support and service available in the industry.”
