RGB Networks Expands its Operations with New Silicon Valley Headquarters
Larger facility necessary to accommodate video processing innovator’s rapid growth and expansion
SUNNVYALE, CA – September 4, 2007 – RGB Networks, the leader in network video processing, announced today that it has moved to new offices here in Sunnyvale, Calif., providing the growing video processing innovator a more central Silicon Valley location and more room to expand its growing engineering, production and business operations.
Since the company emerged in 2004, RGB Networks has quadrupled its staff to nearly 100 employees and its operations have expanded to the point where the previous 17,000 square foot facility in San Mateo, Calif., could no longer accommodate the company’s rapid growth. The move to the new 48,480 square foot facilities will ensure that RGB Networks continues to support its more than 50 customers with the high level of service that they have come to expect, while the more central Silicon Valley location offers RGB Networks an even wider recruiting pool of engjneering talent.
“Shipments of our digital video processing solutions have grown dramatically, recently topping the 2000-unit mark as we passed the two-year anniversary of our first shipment. Nearly tripling the size of our facility and custom-fitting the space to meet our needs enables RGB Networks to continue to meet the demand for our products and further accelerates our growth,” said Jef Graham, CEO and chairman of RGB Networks. “Complementing the advantages of acquiring a larger lab, office and production space, by being in the heart of Silicon Valley’s technology corridor we’ll be better able to attract candidates from the tremendous pool of engineers in the area.”
RGB Network’s new headquarters is located at: 390 West Java Drive, Sunnyvale, Calif., 94089. Phone: (408) 701-2700.
