Broadcast Grooming

Grooming allows advanced video service providers to create customized channel lineups for their subscribers. It consists of taking input programs from different sources and combining them to create customized programming packages. RGB's Broadcast Network Processor (BNP) supports drag and drop grooming (add/drop of programs) through its simple-to-use graphical user interface, allowing the user to create customized channel lineups with the available input programs from Gigabit Ethernet or ASI ports. The BNP also allows the operator to replicate the video programs and add the same program to multiple output multiplexes providing more flexibility for operators managing multiple networks and delivering video to multiple sites.
